I'm writing this at 1am as I watch my 11 week old baby sleep independently and peacefully for the first time thanks to this sleep suit! Tonight is the first time we have used it, and within 30 mins it did the trick. Our son has been a 100% contact sleeper bc any time we put him down, he squirms and grunts like crazy, becomes incredibly restless and wakes up within 20 mins or so, so we always end up holding him and have had to take shifts every night to make sure we keep.him safe and stay awake to watch him. It's been exhausting (despite enjoying the extra sleepy cuddles). As he is getting heavier and heavier by the day we desperately needed a solution to be able to get him.to be put down. We tried everything, but nothing has worked. Until tonight! I actually just bought a 2nd sack so we have a backup in case he soils this one. I was super skeptical.sonce nothing else has worked, but I finally feel like I can put my baby down knowing he will get quality rest safely and comfortably, and so can us tired parents!!
